If you import a character from Mass Effect 1 you aren’t given a face code, if there is a code on your squad screen it is a code generated by the custom character you were creating before you imported your save (my main character doesn’t even have a face code in the squad screen, and I know where it should be).I’ve sat through the intro of Mass Effect 2 ten times now trying to use this method, it just plain doesn’t work. Car accidentI’d like to point out that the fix of using the face code from Mass Effect 2 does not work. Or maybe Final Fantasy VI.Can you at GC or a reader tell me if Secret Of Mana iOS will work on a iPad? Omen66 GC:Believe it or not we don’t have a permanent iPad in the office, just an iPod touch. Our third favourite Japanese role-player of the era is probably Super Mario RPG or Illusion Of Gaia. Just wondering what GC’s opinion on Secret Of Evermore were? Is that your second-second favourite of the 16-bit era, though, not technically a Mana game? Sven/Leader Bee GC:We weren’t big fans. n0isecat (gamertag)/noisecat_83 (PSN ID)PS: I didn’t play the demo, so that’s why I’m all the more impatient for the game! Third choiceSo, I recently wrote in about Secret Of Mana and the Legend Of Mana then GC says that other than Secret Of Mana unfortunately no other Mana games are any good. But, as great as online shopping can be, it just isn’t as reliable as the luxury of walking into a specialist shop on a Friday morning andpicking up the shiniest, newest game off the shelf for yourself. I should point out the only indie in my town is a great little place but only deals in retro and pre-owned.Obviously I’ll seem slightly biased and was somewhat unlucky. After ordering from Amazon last Tuesday, when the news broke GAME wouldn’t be stocking it, I was impatiently checking the dispatch situation on release day…I won’t bore you with the details, but it’s Tuesday afternoon and I still don’t have the game, after visiting my local HMV and calling around the supermarkets/etc. Asura’s Wrath was a day one purchase for me, only, it was the first time I’d bought something on release from somewhere other than work in a long time (discount and early purchases for the win). It means a lot to me that people hear ‘our’ side of the story… although I’m still disappointed I’m the only GAME-working GCer brave enough to pipe up!Anyway, to business. Out of stockFirstly, thanks for printing my letter at the weekend.
